My parcel hasn’t arrived yet. What should I do?

Please contact me so that I can check your tracking direct. I will then advise if any further action needs to be taken.

Late parcels are usually stuck in customs for up to 10 days which is the main reason for international shipping delays.

It is very rare that parcels go missing, but if it does occur, I will gladly refund the full amount. I will only refund after the shipping company has fully investigated the situation and has deemed the parcel as lost.

My items arrived broken. What should I do?

If your parcel has arrived broken, please contact me ASAP and I will gladly refund the full amount of the broken item. Please take as many photos as you can, including of the parcel and send them to me via messages.

Please make sure to check your item properly for any chips, cracks or fracture lines before you purchase. These are natural imperfections and will not be refunded.

Can I add insurance to my postage?

Yes you can. Please contact me and I will give you a quote.

Wholesale availability

We don’t offer wholesale sales at this stage. But thank you for liking our products and thinking about our shop!

If you order bulk items, the set shipping cost listed on our website may change once the parcel is packaged. Our shipping is calculated per item, so if you order more than one item and it exceeds the allowed weight, then we may ask that you pay for extra shipping costs.
